Do I need to create an User Account before purchase?
You will be able to purchase any items without the requirement of creating login account. To enjoy member discount and benefit, you will need to create the member account. Every item is entitled to a minimum of 5% discount and above for member. Member will also get special price during promotion period.

How do I know the order is in the process?
You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed the order.

Is there any discount for bulk order?
We give bulk discount for large orders. For order more than 20pcs, you are entitled to 20% discount. Further discount will be given for order more than 50pcs. Please contact us to get the promotion code. 
When can I receive my order?
Orders will be sent out within 5 working days upon ordering. To know the estimated date of arrival, you have to add the air freight time + the 5 day production time. For more information, please see Delivery Information under Customer Care tab. For orders placed in Singapore, SMS will be sent to your mobile phone once the order is posted. For overseas orders, email with tracking number will be sent to you once the order is posted.

I need my order urgently, can you expedite for me?
Yes, we can expedite orders to be delivered in Singapore. You may also collect from our office for urgent order too. You may enquire with us to confirm on the exact delivery date before ordering. For overseas order, time taken will depend on the mode of courier.

Cancellation of order
Order will be processed on the same day, hence cancellation must be made within 6hrs after ordering either by phone 65 67473218 or email. In the event the order is delivered, the full purchase amount will apply. Due to the unique nature of all custom made orders (any designs, images, logos, characters or special merchandise which is used) they cannot be cancelled once production has begun (6 hours after placing order).

What is acrylic?
In simple term, acrylic belongs to the range of top grade plastic with glassy look. It is very light and durable.

Can you deliver outside of Singapore?
Yes, air freight is by Express Mail Services (Singapore post). We can also arrange for express courier service if you need the order urgently. Disney products or products with Disney designs are only sold to Singapore. You will not be able to purchase Disney range upon checking out if you are delivering out of Singapore.
Any GST or tax?
We do not charge any GST or tax. For international orders, there might be tax imposed depending on your country import rules and regulation which we do not have control on that.

Can I amend my order after ordering?
You can change or amend the order within 6hrs after ordering either by phone 65 67473218 or email. Order can only be changed to the same or higher price.

For personalised name, can I do in any written characters other than English alphabet?
We only use English alphabet & Chinese Characters for names for the online platform currently. You can use English alphabet to spell the names, i.e: "Tamayogochi" for Japanese, "Adalhard" for German, "Mohamad Bin Yusri" for Arabic etc... You have to key in Chinese Character for Chinese writing, not "han yu pin yin". To avoid your disappointment, you may enquiry/ email your preferred written characters to us, but there will be artwork charges for languages other than English.

What are the details to note before confirming an order?
Orders are done exactly to your submission, hence we strongly encourage you to check:
1. mailing address before confirming order, to avoid wrong postage.
2. names/text of personalised gifts, to avoid wrong names/text.
3. ordering quantity, to avoid excess ordering leading to overpayment.

Product is not satisfactory, how do I register the feedback or complain?
We valued your feedback or complain. Please email us, our customer service officer will contact you to resolve the issue.

Customers Databases/Privacy
Customer information is not sold to or shared with any other parties without prior consent of our customers.

Klassic Resources Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any order.

Can I request to alter the design in this website?
We do not accept written requests to alter the design which is in this website. However, you can submit your own artwork/design (not subjected to copyrights) to us either for inidividual or bulk order. Artwork charges & processing fees applies in this case.
