You can submit a refund or exchange request via email or using Enquiry Form under Customer Care tab. Please include your transaction ID.
Exchange requests can be made if products are not received in satisfactory condition, or are found to be defective* due to workmanship or quality. Product defect must be declared within 6hrs upon receiving it. Photograph of the product is required by email. Exchange is made according to same or lower value of the product purchase price.
The replacement will be made and sent out within 5 working days upon verification of product.
In any case of refund, it will be made according to the purchase price of the product. Any refund on the order will be processed and completed approximately between 3 to 4 working weeks, pending on factors:
1. verification process with freight company.
2. complete information required from customer, verification of customer data.
3. investigation of damages & defects.
4. time in receiving the returned products to us.
Refund also applies to situation whereby products are not received by 30 days after the shipment is confirmed.
Please keep in mind, shipping charges are not refundable.

Orders are processed exactly to your submission, hence we strongly encourage customer to check:
1. mailing address before confirming order, to avoid wrong postage.
2. names/text of personalised gifts, to avoid wrong names/text.
3. ordering quantity, to avoid excess ordering leading to overpayment.
"Defective" is defined as a material whereby manufacturers flaw in the product itself or a material error in the imprinting or engraving of the product. Slight variations in color, design, product size, design size or product "look" are not considered defects.
